The Outlook Prescription Drug Plans include two avenues for members to receive prescription savings.  Each member has access to the largest Retail Pharmacy chain in the nation, with over 52,000 locations nationwide such as Walgreen’s, Wal-Mart, Eckerd, CVS and more.  Prescription plan members also have access to the largest Mail Order Pharmacy providing maximum savings on all maintenance prescription needs.

Neighborhood Retail Pharmacy:
The neighborhood pharmacy plan assures members the lowest price on prescriptions, saving between 15% and 55%, and in some cases more, on brand name and generic drugs through Outlook's prescription drug plans.  Members receive the lowest price in the store, on that day, regardless of promotions and discounts.  Utilizing the Caremark Pharmacy Network, Outlook provides members with immediate prescriptions and strong savings on acute care medications such as antibiotics and pain killers.  This benefit works best when you need immediate prescriptions with big savings!

Mail Order Pharmacy:
The Outlook Prescription Drug Card is also accepted by Precision RX to discount medication purchased through their mail order program. Discounts will be issued to Outlook Health Members on long term prescriptions that would typically cost more at a retail pharmacy. Using the Prescription Card with the mail order network offers additional guarantees to Outlook Members ensuring the largest savings for maintenance medication.

How to use your benefits:

Using Outlook's discount prescription drug plans is easy. Present your prescription card at the time of service and your Pharmacist will verify your membership information using the toll free number on the back of your card.  You will receive an instant discount on the cost of your medication and pay at the time of service.

When obtaining prescriptions from our mail order network, you will contact a toll free number to place your order.  A friendly representative will be available to answer any questions and assist with your order.
