How our program
works |
 |
|
Aetna Dental Access is a discount dental program
offering discounted fees for services performed by dental providers in
the network. Members can now receive the necessary dental care to
keep good oral health while paying reduced fees. General and
specialized dentists have agreed to reduce your dental fees for a
payment upon service. This means you can get that much needed
x-ray or get a root canal for an affordable fee. |

Patient Advocacy |
 |
|
Our
Patient Advocacy program ensures a positive experience for members
by reducing confusion with provider recognition and participation. The
member will want to utilize their card and enjoy the savings time and
time again.
Before
scheduling an appointment, the member will call the number on the back
of their card to speak with a Patient Advocate. The
representative will contact providers in the network to ensure the
dental office understands the Dental Care discount card and is accepting
new patients.
The representative will then
contact the member to provide several different dental care locations so
the member may select the provider that most meets their specific needs
and book an appointment.*Patient Advocacy not available in CA. |
